In 2018, a group of passionate individuals, with experience in valuation and transactions, noticed a major gap in public education in this field. The information was either too technical and inaccessible, or superficial and lacking substance. Thus, the vision for EstateTo was born – a platform to transform specialized knowledge into clear, applicable lessons for everyone.
Our first course, launched in 2019, focused on the fundamentals of property valuation. The response was incredible, confirming the real need for quality education. Since then, we have grown organically, expanding our curriculum to cover sustainable investment strategies, market analysis, and ethical transaction processes.
